If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the flower arrangement we have delivered, simply contact our customer service department @ 828-318-1574  We will do whatever it takes to make it right.  Because we know that if you’re not satisfied, neither are we.  We will work through what the issue is and determine a solution. We will replace the arrangement with full value or a gift card for a replacement of the original arrangement.

If an order is filled and delivered to the recipient and there is a question of the quality of the arrangement, the recipient   should call us asap to take care of this matter asap... In almost every case, we will gladly replace the arrangement with one of equal or greater value, free of charge.
